Immersive Experience Host

A casual position awaits an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for theatrics.

This role involves delivering magical experiences to customers, creating an atmosphere of excitement and adventure. We have 30 unique challenges, each providing an unforgettable experience for teams.

As a Game Master or Prison Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a memorable time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with participants in a courteous and outgoing manner.
  • Setting up the Escape Room for each game session and maintaining all props in proper working order.
  • Greeting participants, explaining the rules of the game, and providing the backstory.
  • Providing professional support during gameplay while being available to answer questions and offer guidance when needed.
  • Taking payments for bookings.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the Escape Room and other areas of the business.
  • Managing inventory, including props and cleaning products.
  • Organizing online bookings and promoting items both onsite and offsite.
