The Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Bathhouse Attendants to help maintain the cleanliness, serenity, and presentation of our space. This is a vital support role that ensures our bathhouse, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas included are consistently immaculate, calm, and ready to welcome guests into a space of total tranquillity. You'll be a quiet force behind the luxury — ensuring that everything feels fresh, cared for, and perfectly in place.

Key Responsibilities

● Facilitate day-to-day operations of the Bathhouse, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the bathhouse

● Manage bookings when necessary and address guest queries promptly and professionally

● Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including bathhouses, changing rooms, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms

● Prepare and reset spaces between treatments to the highest standard, ensuring every guest enters a fresh and inviting environment

● Replenish amenities, linens, towels, robes, and refreshments as needed throughout the day

● Ensure all hygiene, safety, and cleaning protocols are followed meticulously

●  Assist with laundry, including collecting, washing, folding, and restocking spa linens and robes

●  Report any maintenance or supply issues promptly to the Spa Manager or relevant departments

●  Support the wider spa team in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience

●  Greet guests with warmth and discretion when required, maintaining the calm atmosphere of the space

● Ensure guests adhere to all Bathhouse policies and procedures

Requirements

●  Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or spa operations preferred but not essential

● Ability to make coffees highly regarded

●  Impeccable attention to details and pride in maintaining a calm, orderly environment

●   Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

●   Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.

●   A warm, professional manner and a commitment to maintaining guest privacy and comfort

●   Excellent time management and communication skills

●   Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit, service-driven team

●   Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

●   Physically fit and able to move, lift, and carry laundry and supplies as part of the role
