We are seeking a Trainee to work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while working in one of our branches. This position is based at Coffs Harbour.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing company values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls to take messages and orders
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
  • Becoming knowledgeable about our products
  • Following up with customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the branch

As a trainee, you will be required to work approximately one and a half days per week. Must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
