About This RoleThe successful applicant will lead the provision of high-quality service delivery at our Sunshine location, working closely with staff and key organisations to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client outcomes and provide specialist expertise to staff to resolve complex case management issues
- Maintain risk management processes and manage critical incidents effectively
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure program staffing levels are adequate for service delivery
- Contribute to projects and research as required
This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or a related field (desirable)
- Experience in managing staff and providing supervision
- Demonstrated knowledge of homelessness including context, causes and legislation
- Ability to respond to the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness
- A current and valid driver's licence
