Senior Media Buyer Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Investment Manager to spearhead our offline investment efforts, driving exceptional results across client portfolios. This role involves supporting key client negotiations and delivering high-quality client service.
The successful candidate will lead a cohesive team environment, reporting directly to a Director. They'll be responsible for developing an Executive and Coordinator, providing regular feedback, and overseeing their output.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong media buying experience, proficient in office platforms, and skilled in financial management. If you have a proven track record of success in team management and are passionate about delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Buying offline campaigns using the Spark Activation Model & Philosophy across all offline channels
- Managing client relationships and negotiating major deals
- Conducting market analysis and developing strategic plans
- Developing and managing team members, providing guidance and support
- SUPPORTING INVESTMENT LEADS ON AGENCY PROJECTS AS NEEDED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media buying and team management
- Strong proficiency in Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Deep understanding of media planning and measurement tools
- Sound financial management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
