Dairy Farm Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced dairy farm manager to oversee the daily operations of our farm.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of the farm, including pasture management, milk harvesting, feeding management, administrative tasks, and general maintenance with minimal supervision.
  • Lead a small team or group and train new members effectively.
  • Develop strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Gain knowledge in animal husbandry, welfare, and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in computer programs/software is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture or higher equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of three years recent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to relocate to the desired location.
