Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing stress-free end-to-end solutions for their car rental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Provide detailed information regarding rental agreements, insurance, guidelines, and procedures
  • Manage multiple systems, perform administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct vehicle quality assurance inspections, including operational checks, damage reporting, and detailing
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals and business objectives
  • Maintain high levels of operational adherence to company standards and policies

Requirements:

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to resolve queries quickly and accurately
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to work efficiently across multiple IT platforms and tasks
  • Flexibility, with availability to work standard business hours and weekends as required
  • Clean driver's license (MR preferred)
