About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administration Manager to join our team at Ramsay Health Care. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of our consulting suites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the efficient and effective operation of our administration service, ensuring a positive experience for clients from initial contact.
  • Supervise the management of patient appointments, medical records, and accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of incoming referrals, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit end-of-month financial reports, invoices, and accounts management.
  • Perform other general administrative functions as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in practice management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Leadership, planning, and change management skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a constructive, cooperative, and motivating manner.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and Medicare & private health funds billing.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience managing a psychiatrist practice.
  • Previous experience with Patient Management Systems (Meditech, Blue Chip, Medical Director, Medical Objects etc.).
  • Training/qualifications in office administration appropriate for a Senior Administration management position.
