Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to play a key role in successfully delivering major infrastructure projects across South Australia.

This position will focus on applying strong project coordination principles to support project execution while promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient coordination and management of engineering works, overseeing activities related to technical operations, engineering, inspections, scheduling, planning, surveying, procurement, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construction Activity Oversight: Ensuring compliance with design and industry standards and specifications.
  • Procurement Coordination: Coordinating the procurement of materials, plant, and equipment, including raising purchase requisitions and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Site Inspections: Performing site inspections and observations to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Documentation Support: Assisting project engineers with the development of site documentation, including ITPs, SWMSs, JSAs, and construction execution procedures.
  • Quality Control: Conducting quality control inspections and witness point inspections.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in civil or mechanical engineering
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of HSEQ requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to engage others
  • Willingness/ability to work in remote locations as required
