About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, managing inquiries, and assisting with property routines and entry/exit processes. You will also have the opportunity to progress to managing your own portfolio and developing your skills in property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Routines and Entry & Exits: Assist with conducting property routines and managing entry and exit processes.
  • Tenancy Applications: Process and evaluate tenancy applications to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Administrative Duties: Undertake administrative tasks to support the Property Management operations.

Requirements
  • Previous Assistant/Junior Property Management experience - Minimum 6 months at 1 agency.
  • VIC Agents Representative Certificate.
  • Own reliable transport.
  • Excellent communication skills & attention to details.
  • A team player that will put their hand up when needed to support the team.
