Skillset
As a key player in SAMCo's growth, you will have extensive industry experience, preferably in electricity, resources, infrastructure, commercial construction, or energy and financial markets. Your strong negotiation skills and commercial experience in negotiating legally binding agreements are essential. Additionally, you should be skilled in preparing and initiating documentation, including confidentiality agreements, memoranda of understanding, term sheets, and other legal instruments.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances is crucial. With a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, you will draw on your technical and commercial expertise to develop innovative service delivery relationship models, business models, concept studies, and business cases.
