Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and creative Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating and modifying our menu, preparing and delivering dishes, and overseeing the operations of the kitchen.
About the Role- Develop and implement new menu ideas based on food trends, customer feedback, and seasonal availability.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our culinary standards.
- Oversee the kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent food production and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and purchasing of ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
