Your goal is to ensure that all team members approach their tasks with a customer-centric mindset, focusing on delivering exceptional product quality and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of product quality, recovery, and compliance processes.
- Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure staff have clear understanding of task requirements and deadlines.
- Provide feedback on team performance and offer solutions to improve processes where needed.
- Ensure product quality and compliance tasks are consistently executed to enhance customers' perception of our products.
- Closely work with various store functions to standardize working routines and processes related to product recovery, quality, and compliance.
