APAC Customer Success Leader

This leadership position drives customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of key customers in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy for the APAC region in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results for customers and the business.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is required to ensure seamless customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support to drive measurable customer adoption, value realization, and retention throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment;
  • A proven track record of building and scaling customer success teams, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
