EAP Mental Health Specialist

Job Description:
Deliver confidential counselling services to employees, providing short-term interventions and managing risk when required.
The role involves delivering evidence-based interventions for psychosocial issues within an EAP context. To be successful, you will require expertise in short-term, evidence-based interventions and a current General Registration status with AHPRA (Psychologist) OR full membership with the AASW (Social Worker).
Clinical Expertise:
- Providing short-term interventions for clients accessing the EAP
- Identifying presenting problems, setting treatment goals, and delivering evidence-based interventions
Requirements:
- A current General Registration status with AHPRA (Psychologist) OR full membership with the AASW (Social Worker)
- Expertise in short-term, evidence-based interventions for psychosocial issues within an EAP context
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance
- A willingness to obtain a new National Police Check clearance
- Social Workers - hold or willing to obtain a Blue Card
