Role Overview

This opportunity is an excellent chance to shape young lives and support families in a values-driven environment.

As a Child Development Educator, you will work with children beyond the classroom, delivering engaging activities and everyday moments of encouragement and connection.

You will be working during school terms with the option of extra shifts in Vacation Care periods.

This role requires a suitably qualified educator with a minimum Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.

Applicants must meet individual student needs within the spiritual, educational, care & recreational philosophy of the programme.

  • Exceptional communication skills are required.
  • A current Working With Children Check and completion of Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training and Protective Practices training are necessary.

The successful applicant will be flexible to the needs of the program and find joy in supporting children as they grow.
