Industrial Design Role

This role involves assisting with the design and development of roof rack systems and adventure accessories.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with a product development team to develop roof rack components and accessories in accordance with our design and development processes.
  • Key responsibilities include researching innovative technology, active problem-solving for customers, and creating product styling in line with brand DNA.
  • Additionally, the role requires collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations and Supply Chain on product manufacturability and proof of concept testing and trials.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of proven experience as an industrial designer and a Bachelor's degree in the field of Industrial Design or Product Design.

  • Professional experience in the automotive industry is highly valued.
  • The candidate should also have excellent written, manual sketching, and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced level 3D Modelling (Solidworks), Rendering (Keyshot), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) skills are essential.
  • A proven track record of driving innovation and creativity through product design and implementation is required.
