**The opportunity**

We want to take the experience of our ever-growing user base to another level and our product designer will be instrumental in achieving this.

Reporting to our Head of Product and joining a Design team of three, each of whom has their own area of specialty, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the user experience of our digital products.

**Your ownership**
- Design Exploration and Iteration: Unleash your imagination and conduct design exploration to conceptualise and iterate on groundbreaking product design solutions.
- Mockup and Prototype Creation: Unleash your design wizardry to create visually stunning and functionally impressive mockups and prototypes.
- High-Fidelity Design Specifications: Develop meticulously detailed high-fidelity design specifications that provide clear guidance to our implementation team.
- UI Component Library Management: Take charge of designing and maintaining a library of reusable UI components, elevating consistency and efficiency across our product.
- Collaboration with Engineers and UI Testing: Collaborate closely with our brilliant engineers, translating your designs into interactive user interfaces.

- User-Centred Design: Conducting thorough user research to gather insights and truly understand their needs, enabling us to create remarkable solutions.
- Design Thinking and Iteration: Your ability to adapt designs based on feedback and user testing will drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Visual Design and Prototyping: Your visual design prowess enables you to create awe-inspiring mockups and prototypes.
- Design Specifications and Documentation: Effectively communicate design concepts, interactions, and visual guidelines to our development team, ensuring flawless implementation.
- UI Component Design and Management: Showcase your talent in designing and managing a library of reusable UI components.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excel in collaboration, forging strong relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly our exceptional front-end engineers. Your ability to communicate design decisions, rationale, and specifications will drive successful project execution.
- UI Testing and User Feedback: Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive UI testing and actively seeking user feedback.
