In-Home Support Worker

About This Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home assistance to seniors, enabling them to maintain their independence.
- Visit clients in their own homes, offering support with community access, engaging in individual and group activities at our respite facilities.
- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, shopping and meal preparation, respite and social support, share common interests and provide companionship, help alleviate carer stress.
Requirements:
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Effective communication skills and compassion
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Certificate III Individual Support Ageing, Disability or Home and Community Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Australian Federal Police clearance, First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check Clearance, COVID 19 vaccination
