Key Responsibilities- Coordinating day-to-day clinical activities and patient scheduling.
- Supporting the Periodontist and clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Managing treatment schedules and communicating effectively with patients.
- Assisting with case presentations and treatment planning discussions.
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to practice policies and procedures.
- Providing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Coordinator in a dental setting is essential.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting is highly desirable.
- Experience with dental software such as Oasis is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
