Corporate and Financial Services Law Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate and Financial Services Lawyer to support the delivery of high-quality advice across various areas, including Chapter 7 (Financial Services regime) and Part 5C (managed investment schemes) of the Corporations Act.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial services licensing, compliance, governance, and disclosure, as well as AML/CTF obligations and compliance. They will also have knowledge of banking and payments, including digital economy fundraising and licensing matters, emerging fintech and digital assets such as crypto, and advising clients on the development and launch of innovative financial products and solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in fintech and digital assets
