Senior Corporate Lawyer for Financial Services

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our team in the financial services corporate sector.
- The role involves providing high-quality advice across various areas including Chapter 7 Financial Services Regime, Part 5C Managed Investment Schemes of the Corporations Act, and other related matters.
You will work closely with clients and contribute to the development of innovative financial products and solutions leveraging technology to provide efficient tailored legal solutions.
This opportunity offers the chance to develop expertise across multiple areas under the mentorship of a senior legal team who are specialists in their respective financial services sectors. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and gain exposure to regulatory frameworks and regulators in the financial markets.
About the Role:
- You will support the delivery of high-quality practical advice across areas such as AML CTF Obligations, Banking and Payments, Emerging Fintech, and Digital Assets.
