Senior Financial Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Business Growth Manager to spearhead the expansion of our Structured Finance and Operating Lease division.
About the Role:- You will develop and maintain strong external partnerships with existing finance providers, while identifying new opportunities for growth across various business programs or distribution channels.
Fostering a collaborative work environment with internal stakeholders is critical to your success. You will engage with existing and new partners, brokers, and customers to deliver exceptional financial experiences and training as required.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales volume, margin, penetration/share of business, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop long-term profitable relationships with program partners, customers, or brokers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain face-to-face relationships with internal stakeholders and management contacts.
- Experience in business development and relationship management with 3rd party asset finance introducers.
- Proven customer service orientation.
- History of proven sales growth and ability to acquire new customers or third-party partners.
