About the Role

You will work in a dynamic environment where integrity and innovative thinking are valued. As part of a high-performing team, you will support project delivery across various infrastructure and development projects.

Your role will focus on civil engineering discipline, associated with roadworks, stormwater drainage & flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure for key clients across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, Urban Development, Health, Mining and Resource industries.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple interrelated disciplines such as infrastructure layout, earthworks design, pavements, and stormwater drainage. Familiarity with site grading and level design, basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation, and exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software (e.g. Civil 3D, 12d, AutoCAD) are essential skills for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding of urban development principles, particularly related to site planning and servicing
  • Familiarity with site grading and level design
  • Basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software (e.g. Civil 3D, 12d, AutoCAD)
  • Understanding of construction documentation and civil deliverables (plans, specifications, schedules)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering judgement to real-world design constraints
  • Comfortable collaborating with other disciplines (structural, architectural, geotechnical)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and design reporting

You will be required to participate in an online assessment, phone screen, and face-to-face interview as part of our recruitment process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Graduate Year: Completed studies and graduated before starting the program
  • Able to commence work by February 2026 (or July 2026 for mid-year finishers)
