Main Responsibilities:
  • Design inclusive, evidence-based wellbeing systems, policies and practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Mobilise and evolve a large wellbeing function by advising leaders on psychosocial risks and risk management strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to drive wellbeing initiatives and promote a culture of safety.
