Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Consultant/Beauty Therapist to join our Norwood Pharmacy team. This role is a critical part of enabling us to fulfill our purpose.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Make every customer feel valued while demonstrating prestige products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain a beautifully presented and well-stocked store environment, ensuring customers have a pleasant experience.
  • Highlight the benefits of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills in line with a prestigious brand.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to diverse customers with varying health and well-being needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • A willingness to continuously learn about National Pharmacies' products and services.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role involves completing training through a Registered Training Organisation. You must have unlimited work and study rights to apply. Estimated annual salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location factors.
