Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and product advice to customers, ensuring their health and beauty needs are met.
  • Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain the visual appeal of our stores, ensuring they are well-stocked and welcoming for customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers, promoting its benefits and advantages.

Requirements

  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills, in line with a prestige brand.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Willingness to continue learning about our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
