We are currently seeking a dedicated Clarins Senior Beauty Consultant/Beauty Therapist to join our Norwood Pharmacy team.


Job Description:

This role is critical in enabling us to achieve our purpose as it involves providing extraordinary customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent product knowledge, presentation skills, and experience in managing a beauty counter. They should be confident in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
  • Process customer transactions correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain the appearance and stock levels of our stores to create a welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing a beauty counter.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • Able to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including employee discounts, a uniform, and support to achieve nationally recognised qualifications.
