**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced educator to join our team as a Management Lecturer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in management at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, developing innovative course materials, and conducting research in management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in management at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Develop innovative course materials, integrating work-integrated learning and authentic assessment components.
  • Conduct research in management, aiming for national and international recognition.
  • Build industry connections to support innovative research, knowledge exchange, work-integrated learning, and graduate employment opportunities.
  • Co-supervise PhD students and contribute to the academic community through service and leadership.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A PhD in management or a related area.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver quality teaching at undergraduate, honours, and postgraduate levels.
  • A research record of high-quality publications, including international and national research collaborations, and an ability to achieve national recognition in your research area.
  • Skills in active supervision of honours, masters, and/or higher degree by research postgraduate research projects.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, willing to work with colleagues and industry partners to advance the discipline.
