Job Overview

To drive operational excellence in retail property management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal performance. Your focus will be on maintaining health and safety standards, enhancing presentation and performance, and implementing client strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement risk management programs to minimize potential hazards.
  • Oversee capital works projects and sustainability initiatives to enhance the overall property value.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation to safeguard employees and customers.
  • Supervise security and cleaning contractors to maintain a secure and clean environment.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and budgets to optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate tenancy fit-outs and landlord works to meet client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail property management with a proven track record of success.
  • Trade qualifications (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) to demonstrate technical expertise.
  • Proven experience in supervising building services and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills to manage resources effectively.
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • First Aid Certificate to demonstrate commitment to employee well-being.
  • Professional demeanour and customer-focused attitude to deliver exceptional results.
