Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to oversee the repair and maintenance of our national network of return points.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project, and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Maintaining accurate records of repair and maintenance activities.
  • Reviewing and prioritizing works to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.

This role requires close collaboration with various teams to achieve successful project outcomes. The selected candidate will have a proven track record in project management within construction or a similar field.

Key Responsibilities

Main Tasks:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee repair and maintenance activities across the national network.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management within construction or a similar field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
