The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Valuer to join our Brisbane Commercial Valuations team. The ideal candidate is studying property or has recently completed their qualification and wants to start their career in this field.

This role involves supporting the team, adding value with experience and knowledge in property valuation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and analyzing leasing and sales evidence
  • Preparing reports for clients
  • Engaging with client representatives to understand their needs
  • Assisting during property inspections
  • Utilizing valuation systems to deliver accurate results
  • Providing support to management with general tasks
