We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver Defence maritime projects.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in project management, strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and the ability to understand and translate client operational requirements into project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage Defence maritime projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Requirements Understanding: Understand and translate client operational requirements into project deliverables.
  • Solution Provision: Provide sound advice and solutions to dynamic and complex issues.

Required Capabilities:
  • Defence Experience: Previous project experience within the Defence environment, with an understanding of operational maritime requirements.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in engineering (electrical, mechanical, systems) or project management, with the ability to gain appropriate industry accreditation.
  • Clearance: Due to the nature of our client and projects, it is mandatory that you hold (or will be able to obtain) a current Australian Government security clearance at NV1 level or higher.
