Marketing and Brand Development Professional

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and practices to maximize performance.
About the Role- Develop and implement marketing strategies and practices that support the asset's vision and values.
- Ensure Residential Local Area Marketing (LAM) planning framework is used to leverage the brand, acquire new leads, and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Manage eDM and social media content and communications to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers, provide high-quality briefs that achieve high-quality outputs and meet deadlines.
About You
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
- 5+ year marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials, signage journeys, developing and executing strategies.
- High attention to detail, ensuring clear, accurate, and effective communication.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
