Commercial Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Business Partner to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to provide insightful analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.
  • Lead forecasts, reporting, and analytics for the S&OP process.
  • Develop and implement a robust budget and forecasting process, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Provide financial input and evaluation of business proposals, including new products, pricing, marketing, and trade support.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and execute accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise within a FMCG environment (5+ years) and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They will be inquisitive, commercially minded, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
