Leadership Role

This newly created leadership opportunity sits within a global Fortune 200 organisation, playing a key role in the new shared services structure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of accounting professionals in areas of system accounting, compliance and controls, and finance projects.
  • Succeed in business partnering with senior stakeholders, including IT, sales, and other finance leaders.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with financial laws and guidelines across the organisation.
  • Design and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits for divisions.
  • Manage internal projects and challenge the status quo.

Key Requirements:

  • CA / CPA-qualified professional with a degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Previous finance experience in a multinational organisation, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Commercial use of Microsoft Office suite and Pronto accounting software.
