Job Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the seamless flow of goods and information within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entry and/or validation of purchase orders and orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders in relation to shipping requirements and documentation
  • Ensure that all delivery dates are adhered to in order to ship goods on time and in full
  • Coordinate the flow of timely information to and from customers and escalate issues with a high sense of urgency.
  • Communicate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are picked, packed, and staged in a timely manner.
  • Utilize initiative to find customer-focused solutions
  • Develop relationships with freight carriers and key customers
  • Actively engage in a culture of business improvement
  • Assist customers with tracking status of consignments when required
