About the Role">

To address this challenge, we are seeking a Campaign Manager to develop and implement impactful communications strategies for our Smart Networks Program.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage engagement activities effectively. As the face of the program in the community, you will be responsible for creating excitement around the work and managing the brand and campaign cycles for the program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective communications strategies to increase knowledge of the program among customers.
  • Managing communications and engagement activities to inform customers and create excitement for the work.
  • Collaborating with operational delivery teams, planners, installation crews, local councils, and customers to ensure successful program outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have highly developed communication skills, well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience in brand management or campaign development. You will also possess strong organisational skills, the ability to generate customer-friendly information, and adapt it for different platforms.

As a leader in communications and campaign development, you will enjoy navigating ambiguous circumstances, employing reasoned thinking to decision-making, and working autonomously to deliver end-to-end communications activities for this major program.

Ultimately, your goal will be to bring creativity and innovation to problem-solving while keeping our customers informed in a timely manner on the Smart Networks rollout.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A qualification in communications, public relations, or a similar field.
  • Experience in brand management or campaign development.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
