Robotic Surgery Support Specialist Role

This key position requires a highly skilled and technically adept professional to provide real-time support during robotic-assisted hip and knee replacement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  • Travel across Melbourne's South/South East suburbs to support multiple hospital sites.
Requirements
