Job Summary

We are seeking a senior lecturer in nursing to lead transformative education and high-impact research within our school.

  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified individual to teach, lead, and develop curricula, learning materials, and assessments that integrate industry, clinical, and research practice.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching and leading unit and course teaching teams in undergraduate and postgraduate programs;
  • Designing and developing effective curricula, learning materials, and assessments;
  • Mentoring and supporting diverse learners to achieve academic success and engage with the course material;
  • Contributing to the development of innovative curriculum design, scholarly learning, and teaching in UG and/or PG programs;
  • Seeking funding for research and creative activities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience;
  • An excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching in UG and/or PG programs;
  • Demonstrated capacity and passion for leadership of teaching, research, and administration;
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a registered nurse.
