Our institution seeks a highly skilled Senior Educator in Nursing to lead our teaching teams and contribute to curriculum development in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Leadership: Develop and implement effective unit/courses curricula and learning materials, collaborating with teaching teams to achieve academic excellence.
  • Teaching Excellence: Design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that integrate industry, clinical, and research practice to enhance student engagement and success.
  • Collaborative Learning: Create opportunities for students to work together on projects, promoting teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Inclusive Education: Design accessible and inclusive unit and course materials, ensuring equal access to education for all students.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Develop and administer effective assessment tasks and provide timely, constructive feedback to learners.
  • Research and Innovation: Contribute to seeking funding for research and creative activities, including applications for external competitive funding and translation activities.
Requirements:
  • A registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • A PhD in a relevant discipline or other relevant qualifications and experience.
  • An excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching, including innovative curriculum design.
  • Demonstrated capacity and passion for leadership of teaching, research, and administration.
