Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Perioperative Team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake peri-operative nursing care in accordance with legislation and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Ensure patient and staff safety through proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise and guide nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and AINs, to deliver patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current Registration with AHPRA.
  • A minimum of 18 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in Orthopaedic Perioperative lists.
  • A valid NSW Working with Children check for Employment.
