As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care. You will also lead quality improvement initiatives, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and serve as a role model for best practice.

The Surgical A ward specializes in general surgery, colorectal, plastic surgery, metabolic, and bariatric surgery. The ward offers support for new employees through preceptorship and has an experienced team that prioritizes patient-centered care.

To succeed in this role, you will need current registration with AHPRA, a minimum of three years' experience in surgical nursing, working with children check, and specialty nursing experience in general adult surgery - Bariatrics, Colorectal, Plastics. You must commit to delivering quality patient care and adhere to ACQSHC National standards.
