We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Inclusion and Diversity Lead. This role will play a critical part in driving meaningful change and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders to develop and implement inclusion strategies that enhance the employee experience.
- You will be responsible for analysing data and metrics to measure the impact of diversity initiatives on key business outcomes.
- As an Inclusion and Diversity Lead, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results that matter most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to integrate DEI into business strategy and goals.
- Analyse data and metrics to measure the influence of DEI initiatives on key business outcomes.
- Implement data-informed strategies to elevate belonging for all.
Requirements:
- A background in HR or a related field with demonstrated experience delivering measurable D&I outcomes in a large, complex organisation.
- At least 3-5 years of experience partnering with executive leaders on D&I matters, representing the organisation with key industry and peak bodies.
- Problem solving, critical thinking and an adaptive mindset, thriving in a collaborative team-focused environment.
