Outbound Sales Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Outbound Sales Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary opportunity with potential for longer-term engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to existing customers and assisting with the growth of sales
- Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Collating and administrating sales orders
- Performing administrative functions related to processing orders
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting outbound sales calls to ensure strong customer relationships
- Assisting with promotional activities and producing reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Strong administration skills, including MS Office
