Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior clinician to join our team as a Complex Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide high-level clinical coordination, assessment, and therapeutic interventions to support young people with complex mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex case management, assessment, counselling, and/or therapy, with experience working within mental health or a relevant sector. They will be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care that meets the needs of young people and their families/significant others.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate clinician to make a positive difference in the lives of young people and contribute to the growth and development of our Child and Youth Mental Health Service in Tasmania.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, or Degree in Social Work eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Current Tasmanian Working with Children Registration.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range $123,717 to $134,336 per annum.
  • Access to salaries beyond $130,900 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.
  • Professional Development Allowance of up to $1,000 per annum.
  • Travel and relocation assistance up to $15,000 for eligible appointees from overseas, and up to $10,000 for appointees from interstate.
  • A range of leave entitlements, including study leave and Professional Development Support.
