This position involves providing specialist clinical coordination services to support the needs of children, young people and their families who are experiencing complex mental health concerns.
- Develop individual plans that bring together the right mix of services from government and non-government agencies to meet specific needs.
- Promote a positive working culture by building effective partnerships with stakeholders, both within the Agency and with external service providers.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing support and consultation as required.
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:
- A registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or a degree in social work giving eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- A current Tasmanian Working with Children Registration.
- A current Driver's Licence.
