We are seeking a talented Data Insights Lead to join our team and drive business improvement through data-driven decision making.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing reporting that meets the needs of our stakeholders. This includes:

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business operations
  • Leading a team of data analysts to support data-driven decision making and business improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

You will have a proven track record of delivering efficient and effective reporting solutions in a general insurance context. You will also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
