About This Role

This Data Insights Lead will oversee a high-performing team of 3 focused on designing, measuring, and optimising Velocity's loyalty ecosystem.

This role plays a central part in ensuring that travel, redemption, and status propositions are supported by deep analytics and meaningful member insights.

The successful candidate will deliver actionable insights to inform product decisions and program evolution.

Key Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics, loyalty, or travel-related domains with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle dynamics.
  • 3+ years leading analytics teams, with experience in loyalty program analytics or commercial travel data.
  • Understanding of how loyalty products and the travel journey fit together – across data, systems, eligibility, and member experience.
  • Experience in breakage and redemption analytics, loyalty profitability modelling, and CLV approaches.
