Wine Team Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a wine ambassador.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, maintaining relationships with our loyal customer base and promoting our premium red wines.
To achieve this, the following responsibilities will be essential:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with our customer base through excellent communication skills and tailored service
- Conducting highly specialised wine tasting experiences that showcase our premium products
- Packing of freighted orders with precision and attention to detail
- Preparing food platters that complement our wine offerings
- Completing end of day procedures efficiently
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong communication and customer focus
- A genuine passion for wine and its history
- A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential
- A current RSA certification is mandatory
- Availability for weekend and public holiday work is required
